As the largest independently owned and operated Canadian window and door manufacturer, we have always had the luxury of owning and operating our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Those who we use on a limited basis contact myself, and I conference a member of your team, who will arrange the pick-up, and assist in the preparation of documentation. Our Inter-branch facilities contact your team as well, and schedule pick-ups on our behalf.
Your team has assisted me in shipping Product overseas, to testing Facilities in France. They have helped us prepare all documents needed to ship into foreign Countries, and have tracked the shipments right to the moment that they are delivered. You have also brought product in to us from overseas, with no delay in shipping.
Since we started our relationship here at the Brampton facility, most of our Branches in the United States have started to use your system, for shipping of product from Brampton into assorted Cities within the U.S.. Some of the Branches, that were happy with their Transportation Network at the time, have switched completely to North Atlantic, and have come to depend on the same things that we have, and are more than pleased with the level of Service they receive.
